Dutch lineal champ

Someone way back when, can't recall who, did a lineal championship for darts - i.e. it works like boxing, you hold the title until you're beaten. I'm going to do this, but just for the Netherlands - I'll start it from the turn of the millennium, and award the initial title to whoever went furthest in that year's BDO worlds (there wasn't a Dutch player of note in the PDC until Scholten debuted in 2002 - while he wasn't the first to play in their worlds, you'd need sick anorak knowledge to know who it was). That'd be Co Stompe, and I'll work through dartsdatabase through each tournament, count the defences, and then if I can clearly see he's been beaten by another Dutchman (sadly a lot of BDO records from that age are a bit dodgy), the title will change hands. I was tempted to give it to Barney initially, as the world champion at the time, but then he lost to Chris Mason in round one, so there is that. I won't include the Premier League, as it's hard to properly splice in when games were played in the correct order (note that midway through doing this, I thought to switch to show results rather than prizes, which would have worked for this, but was too far in at that stage), similarly for pairs events and stuff explicitly listed as exhibitions.
